“The Family Tree Concept, Inc. was not built from a business plan — it was built from a calling. For almost 20 years, through every trial, transition, and breakthrough, I’ve held tightly to the vision God placed in my heart: to love, protect, and uplift individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as if they were my own family.
This journey has not always been easy. We’ve faced storms, losses, setbacks, and moments that tested our resolve. But through it all, I’ve never lost sight of the purpose: to create homes — not just facilities — where people are seen, heard, valued, and embraced.
Our consumers are not numbers or cases. They are sons, daughters, brothers, and sisters. They are part of my extended family. And everything we do — every behavior plan, every meal served, every bedtime check, every home designed — is rooted in love, structure, and dignity.
I thank God for the opportunity to serve this population, and I am deeply grateful to every staff member, partner, and family who walks alongside us. Together, we are not just building services — we are restoring lives, creating legacy, and honoring humanity.”
